Patrick Nolan, known as Paddy, died on Saturday 19th January 2013. For more than 25 years Patrick had hosted the OMC cricketers and latterly TMCC in an annual cricket match at the stunning ground, Preston Nomads in Fulking behind Devil’s Dyke. Paddy loved sport, in particular cricket, his greatest moment perhaps bowling Justin Langer for a duck! He was always a very congenial host, a brilliant raconteur who was able to recount hilarious anecdotes and jokes which never failed to make the assembled company laugh.
He always lived life to the full with his wife, Wendy, and four children the eldest of whom also Patrick is an OM (School House ’76).
