OMC FRANCE DINNER AND OMRFC PLAYING TOUR TO BIARRITZ & BAYONNE FROM THURSDAY 24TH TO MONDAY 28TH APRIL 2025

As part of this year’s initiative to focus on the Old Millhillians in Europe, there will be an OMC dinner in Biarritz on Saturday 26th April 2025. This will coincide with the OMRFC undertaking their first playing tour for several years with a match v Biarritz Odit RFC to be held on the Saturday morning.

For Old Millhillians not in the OMRFC playing squad of 20, the programme includes:

1. 4-star hotel accommodation in Bayonne for 4 nights of Thursday 24th to Sunday 27th April inclusive.

2. Transport transfers from Hotel to events and back.

3. Match tickets to watch Biarritz v Beziers as guests of the President of Biarritz Olympique RFC 

4. Special reception at Nigel Wray’s house in Biarritz on the Saturday prior to the dinner

5. OMC Dinner at the world famous Ostalapia restaurant in Biarritz.

6. Sunday lunch by the coast.

7. Friday and Sunday Optional Golf (for both ladies and men) N.B. cost not included

ITINERARY

Thursday 24th April 

Arrive and check into 4* hotel in Bayonne

Friday 25th April 

Daytime free to enjoy Bayonne (Market, Cathedral & bars) or Golf.

Evening travel to Biarritz to watch Biarritz v Beziers as guests of President of Biarritz Olympique RFC

Saturday 26th April

Morning -: travel to watch OMRFC v Bidart Rugby Club Biarritz

Late afternoon -: Reception at Nigel Wray’s House close to Biarritz

Evening -: OMC dinner at Ostalapia restaurant

Sunday 27th April

Morning to explore Bayonne / Biarritz or Golf

Basque lunch at a restaurant on the coast

Monday 28th April

Check out from hotel and bon voyage

For those wishing to attend the OMC dinner only on the Saturday night the cost is £125 payable through the website link below.

For those wishing to join us from Thursday to Monday and enjoy the full programme above, the cost excluding golf is £900  split into two payments. First Payment of £500 by 30th January and the second payment of £400 by 21st March. This can be paid either here, or by a direct Bank Transfer for either the first or both payments, using the OMC bank account, details below.
